We hope you love your order from The Modern Mamma - but if something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind:
As a small business, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before placing your order, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We'll happily replace the item or offer a refund. To help us sort it quickly, please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue and a clear photo of the item and packaging.

Gift Returns:
As we don't include prices on packaging slips, gifts can be returned by the original purchaser under the same policy above.

Please note:

• Items much be used and in original condition.
• We don't offer refunds on shipping costs unless the items are faulty.
